When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship out orders from our warehouse located in Ernakulam, Kerala, within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. After shipping your package, it will take between 2 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your address. As soon as the order is shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the order tracking ID, which you can use to track your order until it reaches you. If you do not receive your package on time, send us an email at info@jagoms.com with your Order ID, and we will look into this for you.
How can I find my shipment status or track my order?
Once an order is placed on the website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your ordered items and the Order ID. We ship out the products from our warehouse located in Ernakulam, Kerala, within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have any issues regarding your delivery or any status updates by the courier partner, please do not hesitate to send us an email at info@jagoms.com with your order ID so that we can look into this for you.
If you receive a notification that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received the order, please reach out to us immediately to take this up with our courier partners and get your order delivered to you on priority.
Where are the products manufactured?
We manufacture our products in a fully integrated - internationally certified factory based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. We are ISO certified, maintaining safe, lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing alongside responsible sourcing and honest labour practices. We ensure that our tailors receive wages that compete with market standards.
Does Baby Touch have a store, or do you sell through other stores in India?
We are available across 1000’s stores all over South India and online. We make appearances at select sustainability-focused pop-ups around the country because we love to meet the people in our community who often come round to share their love for our clothes and meet new people who share our passion for the planet.
What is the function of an anti-microbial wash on the cloth?
We discovered that several apparel-related conditions that people face, including the jock-itch, could be avoided. The best way to address these issues is by finishing our underwear with an anti-microbial Bio wash, which prevents the growth of harmful microbes on the apparel, and does not interfere with healthy bacteria in the body. This actively fights bacteria and fungi, ensuring that your clothing keeps you from any issues on your body.
What are the wash care instructions for the clothes?
Most of our products can be machine washed in the cold at 40 degrees with a mild cleansing agent. We do not recommend bleaching for any of our products. Tumble drying is also not recommended as the smooth fibre surface of the fabric is prone to pilling. Instead, it would be best to dry by laying them flat or on a clothesline. You may iron our garments using low to medium temperatures. Dry cleaning is also possible and will not harm the garment.
Can I purchase products in bulk?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to info@jagoms.com with your requirements, and we will advise you on the best way to go about it.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payments using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?
All payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and wallet transactions) are processed over a secure encrypted connection through our payments gateway partner. We take your privacy and personal information very seriously; all information we collect from you is stored on safe and state-of-the-art encrypted servers. Payment-related information such as bank account details or credit/debit card numbers, UPI id, and wallet information, essential to complete the purchase on our online store, are not received by us. This is collected via secured payment service providers (PayU or Razorpay) and is not stored on our servers.

What can I do if my item was damaged or faulty when delivered?
We have a strong internal quality checking team, so the chances are rare. In any case, If the item delivered by us is damaged or faulty, please notify us at info@jagoms.com with photos of the issue within 10 days of receiving the parcel.
Gift Vouchers
How do I redeem a gift voucher online?
You can enter the gift voucher code within the checkout process for product purchases.
When will my gift voucher expire? Can I extend the date?
The validity of Gift vouchers may vary, and please make a note of that. We will be clearly mentioning it on the Gift Voucher itself. The expiry date can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of your voucher letter, just above the voucher code. Please note that we will not be able to extend the date of your gift voucher, and we urge you to use your gift voucher before the specified expiry date.
What is safe clothing for babies?
Babies have sensitive skins that need extra care and attention. Most parents know this when they’re looking at baby food or skincare products but what about clothes? Making safe clothing for babies that is gentle on their skin means using natural fibres, zero chemical processing and undergoing stringent quality and durability tests. At Baby Touch, all of this is done to give your babies no reason for discomfort. Our biggest goal is to see wider smiles on both the parent’s and baby’s faces.
What are the tests that are being done on our clothes?
We use qualified labs to put every garment through a vigorous series of tests. The lead and phthalates test looks for the use of azo, carcinogenic or allergenic dyes, extractable heavy metals, phthalates and formaldehyde - usually found in fabric dyes, trim finishes, and surface prints and all harmful on sensitive baby skin.
Our clothes undergo a pull test to ensure that details like buttons and bows are securely fastened making it difficult for babies to pull them out and turn them into a choking hazard.
We also use flammability and sleepwear flammability tests to ensure complete safety. Through fitted sleepwear using stronger and non-fuzzy fabrics without pile, we offer a safer experience for little ones, leaving nothing to chance.
